I did get a reply to my query about the case within a day, which was helpful. It does the job for practice but I wouldn't rely on it for a concert.

Ordered a pair of 5A hickory sticks, which are my usual. They're the right weight and the tips are consistent. Only thing is the box was a bit squashed when it arrived but the sticks were fine.
Ordered my usual clarinet reeds, the same strength in a box of ten, and they arrived in good time for the weekend. I've been buying from them for years now and the reeds have always been consistent, which matters a lot when you're playing in a band. The only niggle this time was that the box came slightly crushed at one corner, though the reeds inside were fine. Price is still better than my local shop.
