Not quite as pictured
I know the product area well and this laptop was not quite what the photos suggested. The screen had more scratches than I expected from the grade listed and the keyboard backlight was dimmer. It worked fine after setup but I expected better presentation for the price. Sending it back was a bit of a process with the paperwork.

cheaper than the high street but slower
Compared with buying the same thing from a high street shop this was clearly cheaper, which was why I went for it. The only thing is it took a few days longer to arrive than the estimate said, and I had to message them to ask where it was. They replied the same day though and it turned up the next morning. Price was the main reason I'd use them again.
Refurbished tablet, good value
Bought a refurbished iPad with the Smart Connector keyboard case and it works well for my note taking. Grade B cosmetic wear was about what the listing showed, a small scuff on the corner. Delivery was quick and the price was fair, just wish the charger had come in a slightly better box.
needed a charger quickly
Lost my charger on a train and needed one that night. Found one on the site and it arrived next day. Only small thing was the tracking said delivered a bit early but it turned up fine.
Good phone, slight wait
