Compared it against three other sites before ordering and this one came out ahead on price and on how easy the checkout was to get through. The other two wanted me to make an account first, here I just paid and that was it. Parcel turned up two days later, everything was as listed and I've already told my sister about it.
Read moreI bought the memory foam pillow I'd had my eye on for a while and it was not quite as pictured, the cover was a shade lighter. I've been a customer for years so I was surprised. When I rang the customer line to ask about it, the reply took about three days to arrive by email. The pillow itself is comfortable enough, but I expected better from you.
Read moreCompared it with two other sites before buying the phone case and this one was dearer than one of them by a few pounds, though the other had worse reviews. The case itself was fine and fitted my phone well. Ordering was smooth and the parcel arrived when expected. I'd have liked the price to be a bit closer to the cheaper option, which is why I'm a little on the fence about it.
Read moreThe first thing that struck me was how plainly the details were set out on each page, so I knew exactly what I was getting. The ordering process was straightforward and I didn't need to ring anyone. It was a little dearer than I'd hoped, but I'm not sorry I went ahead.
I bought the bathroom mat with the rubber backing and it has worked well so far. The colour looked a little darker on the screen than it did in person, which is a small point but worth mentioning. Delivery was prompt and the packaging was sound. Price was reasonable for what it is.
Ordered the cable organiser kit for my desk and it arrived in a flat box, nothing damaged. Only thing is delivery took four working days when the site said two, which is annoying when you're waiting on it. Otherwise pretty good for the price and easy to set up.
This was my first time using the site and the first thing I noticed was how clearly everything was laid out, with the sizes and details right there on each listing. Ordering was simple and I had a confirmation straight away. The parcel took a few days longer than the estimate said it would, which was a bit annoying, but the item was exactly as described and I'd order again.
My old one had snapped and the replacement was hard to find locally, so I needed something I could order quickly. Found the right fit on here and it arrived the next morning. The description was a touch vague on compatibility so I double checked it myself, but it fitted fine.
