I looked at three sites before going with them, and the price difference was the first thing that stood out, they were clearly the cheapest for the same spec. The checkout let me see the full total without making an account, which the others didn't. I got a reply to a quick question within a few hours and the order turned up on the Thursday as promised. Really happy with it.
Read moreWe needed a replacement part for the kitchen fan and the local shop wanted almost double what the site was asking, so I ordered from them. The price was fair and the order was easy enough to place, though it took about a week longer to arrive than the tracking suggested. Nothing broken, just a bit slow for what I wanted it for, but I'd still order the same way again if I needed another.
Read moreI ordered a replacement shower head for the bathroom, which was the one thing I needed sorted before the weekend. The site was easy enough to use, though I did have to hunt about for the postage cost at the end. The parcel took a few days longer than I'd have liked but it was well packed and the head fitted the old bracket without any bother. I'd order from them again.

Compared with the big names this beats them on price for the same specification, and I know this kind of kit well. The item is solid and the description was accurate. Delivery was prompt and nothing was missing from the box.
Best of the three I looked at for the price, and the one I'd pick again. Checkout was clear and the item turned up without any problems. Easy choice in the end.
My old kettle packed in and I needed a replacement quickly for the flat. I picked one from the site and it turned up two days later. Works fine so far and the price was reasonable.
Good value for the money, which is the main reason I keep coming back. The item was the same spec as the pricier options and the order was simple to place. Delivery came when they said it would.
What I always notice with them is how the packing is done, everything arrives wrapped properly and nothing gets damaged on the way. I've been ordering from them for about eleven years now, so I know how they work. The staff answered my one query within the day and the prices have stayed fair. I shan't be going anywhere else.
Got my order in on the phone during my lunch break and it was done in a couple of minutes. Delivery came the next day which was great. The only thing was the tracking page kept saying processing for a bit longer than I'd like. Anyway it arrived fine and I'd use them again.
Ordered my usual on the app, the one I always get for the flat. Took about two minutes to pay and it came the next morning, which was quicker than I expected. Didn't have to chase anyone or sign up for anything extra. Sorted.
First time ordering from them and I'm glad I took the plunge. The checkout was quick, the confirmation came straight away and the parcel turned up when they said it would. Everything was exactly as shown on the site and I'd happily order again from them next time I need something.
Compared with the other site I tried first, this was cheaper and the checkout didn't make me sign up. Got the item a couple of days later and it's exactly what I needed for the flat.
We needed a new shower caddy after the old one rusted through. The one I picked was good value and the site made it easy to compare sizes. It came well wrapped and the fixings were all there. Happy with it so far.
I bought the wool throw for the sofa and it's lovely, heavier than I expected in a good way. It arrived neatly wrapped and there was no damage. The colour is slightly richer in real life than in the photos, which I liked. Handy to have found somewhere that stocks this kind of thing.
