I needed a new set of storage jars for the kitchen and these were the ones I'd been ordering for years. The lids still seal properly and they're easy for me to open with my arthritis. The last delivery came with a little note from the packer, which was a nice touch. Ordering is straightforward and the reminders for my usual items are very helpful.
Read moreMy old one had given up and I needed a replacement before a trip, so I was after something that would turn around quickly. I've ordered from them a few times over the years and it's usually fine. This time the stock showed as available but it took almost a week to be dispatched, and the email updates were sparse. It did arrive in one piece in the end.
Read moreWhat really stands out after years of using them is the order tracking emails, which tell you exactly which van it's on and roughly what time. I've ordered garden supplies from them probably a dozen times now. The quality has stayed consistent and the prices have barely crept up. The customer service team answered a query about a damaged bag within a day and sorted a replacement without fuss…
Read moreI've been ordering the cotton bedding set from them for about four years now. It's still the same weight and feel as when I first bought it, which is what keeps me coming back. The last order was packed well and came on the day they said. Only niggle is the returns form is a bit fiddly on the website, but I've never needed to use it.
I needed a backup charger for the car and didn't want to spend much. I went for one of their budget options after comparing a couple of other sites. It works fine for topping up my phone, though it's a bit slower than I'd like. The price was fair and it came the next working day. Would order again if I needed something similar.
Compared with the other retailer I'd been looking at, the range here was a bit narrower. The item itself was almost identical and the price was about the same. Delivery took a couple of days longer than I expected, and I wasn't told about the delay until I checked the site myself. It's fine, just not as quick as I'd like.
Compared with the other site I usually use, this one was a little more expensive for the same thing, but the ordering was much smoother. I didn't have to create an account to check out, which saved me faff. Delivery took a day longer than they said it would, and I did have to message them once to ask where it was. Otherwise pretty happy with it and I'd order again.
