Compared with the other providers I looked at, this came out a fair bit cheaper for the same level of cover, which was the main reason I went with them. The quote process was a bit fiddly though, the page kept resetting when I changed the postcode. Once I got through it, the policy details were clear and the paperwork arrived by email the same day. Good enough.

Checked three other sites before picking this one and the difference was the fees, which the others tacked on at the end. Here the total showed up front so I could see exactly what I'd pay over the term. The application took about ten minutes and I liked being able to compare the monthly figure against my budget before committing. Only small thing is the help page is a bit hard to find if you get stuck halfway through.

Honestly this is good value and I'd use them again. The main thing that bugged me was that when I sent a question through the messaging feature it took nearly three days to get an answer. The rest of the process was quick, the quote and the signing up both worked well. Could do with a faster reply system.
