Booked a delivery slot on the app while waiting for the kettle to boil, took maybe two minutes. The driver turned up in the window they said and was polite about it. The app kept my details saved so next time was even quicker. Happy with it, will use again when I'm rushed.
Read moreHonestly the item was not really what the pictures showed, the colour looked duller and the size seemed smaller than the listing said. I had to fill in a returns form and wait nearly two weeks before the refund hit my account. Customer service did eventually reply but it took a few days. I would not order from here again.
Read moreSigned up for the monthly plan after looking at three other places. The sign up form asked for a lot of details and I had to go back twice because the postcode field wouldn't take mine. Once I was in, the service has been fine and the price sits between the cheapest and dearest I found. Customer support took a few days to reply to my question about the billing date, which was a bit slow for…
Read moreCompared with the big chain I usually use, this came in cheaper and the finish on the drawer fronts is nicer than the flatpack I had before. The order was fine, but the courier only gave a two hour window and I had to take the morning off. Quality is good enough that I would still pick it over the chain next time.
I needed a new bed frame for the spare room, as my sister is coming to stay for a few weeks. The order process was clear and the delivery date was kept. There was a small wait to hear back about a question on the fixings, which took a couple of days to answer. Otherwise I am pleased with it and it looks well.
Compared with the usual place I go, the price here was a fair bit lower for the same spec. Ordering took two minutes on my phone and the app remembered my address. The only thing is the delivery slot was a long wait, so I had to ring to change it. Stuff works fine.
Compared with the shop I used to visit, ordering from here has been much more convenient, and the prices are slightly lower for a similar build. I was a little concerned the delivery would be fiddly, but the courier telephoned ahead and the goods arrived in good order. The instructions for putting the table together were clear enough for me to manage alone. I have already recommended it to my sister.
The colour of the cabinet is actually nicer in person than in the photos, a sort of warm sage. Being new to ordering from here, I did wonder about the delivery, but it came within the window and the driver was friendly. One of the handles is slightly loose, which I have not bothered to fix yet. Otherwise it is lovely.
