Ordered a bedside lamp from them last month as my first ever order on the site and it arrived in four days which I wasn't expecting. The checkout was simple and I got a tracking email straight away. The lamp is exactly what the photos showed, sturdy base and the light is nice and warm. Happy with it, would order again.
Read moreCompared with the bigger online shops I normally use, this took a lot longer to arrive, nearly a week. The item itself was fine but I had to message them twice to find out where it was. Not a disaster but I won't rush to order again.
Read moreI've been shopping with them for years now, mostly for kitchen bits and the odd gift, and they've never let me down. Last month I reordered a set of storage jars and everything turned up in good order. The site has got a bit easier to navigate over time, and when I did have a question the customer team got back to me the same day. I'd say they're my go to for this kind of thing.

Compared with the big chain I usually go to, this was a bit cheaper and I didn't have to drive anywhere. The order went through fine and the jacket fits well. My only niggle is the delivery was a day slower than the estimate, but they emailed to say so. Good enough for me, I'd buy from them again for sure.
