Not as cheap as the comparison sites said
I'd compared this against a couple of other breakdown cover providers and on paper this one looked the cheapest. Once I'd gone through the sign up though the price came out noticeably higher than the quote I'd been shown on the comparison site. I had to ring to get it sorted and it took two calls before someone explained the extra admin fee. The cover itself seems fine but I felt a bit misled on…

Needed a short term loan for rent
Was short for rent this month so needed something quick and they seemed to do it. Filled in the form on my phone while on the bus and got a decision within the hour. Money came through the next morning. The interest is not cheap but I knew that going in and it's manageable, so I'd use them again if I had to.

Booked the car service through the app
Booked a full service for my car through the app while I was waiting for a meeting to start. Picked a slot that suited, got a confirmation straight away and a reminder the day before. The garage took the car in on time and it was back by four. Nothing to report beyond that really.
saved me a fortune
Switched my mobile contract over and it saved me a fortune each month. Sign up took about ten minutes on my phone. SIM arrived next day and it all worked straight away.
Half the price of the others
Compared it with two other pet insurers and this one came out much cheaper for the same level of cover. Booked it online in one go. Happy with it so far.
The dashboard is actually good
I bought the business account with the invoicing add on because I was tired of spreadsheets. I know the market well and most providers bury the reporting, but this one puts the VAT summary front and centre. Setup took an evening and the export to my accountant's software worked first time.
Sorted our house insurance again
We needed to renew the buildings and contents cover on our house when the old policy was about to lapse. We've been with them for years so I just logged in and went through the renewal. Price went up a bit but not as much as I feared, and the reminder emails were helpful.
Way quicker than my bank
Quicker than my bank by a mile, I applied for the loan on my phone at lunch and had an answer before my sandwich was finished. Got the money the next working day. Only reason it's not five is the app kept logging me out halfway through the form.
Really simple to sign up
Signing up for the energy tariff was easier than I thought it would be, the form took about five minutes. Meter reading went in fine. Bill came through and it's already cheaper than my old one, so yeah, definitely sticking with them.
Best of the three i looked at
Honestly this was the best of the three I compared for a home contents policy. The others wanted a phone call before they would even quote, and this one gave me a price straight away. Booking was simple and the cover documents turned up in my inbox within minutes.
Way better than my old provider
Compared to my old provider this is way better, the bills are cheaper and the app is much nicer to use. Switched in a few minutes on my phone while waiting for the kettle. No issues so far.
Best option for the money
Easily the best option for the money I found for a pet insurance policy. Set it up on my laptop after work and the policy documents landed in my inbox right away. Haven't had to claim yet so can't speak to that.
