The price per gigabyte of storage was what made me stop comparing and just buy it, as it was noticeably better than the other sellers I'd looked at. I put in a bigger drive myself which was simple enough. The box is small and tidy on the desk and runs cool most of the time. Ordering went smoothly and it arrived in a few days, well packed. Really good value for a machine that gets used every day.

Fair enough little box for the money, performs well for office work and light editing. The fan is a bit audible under load, which I noticed straight away since I've had quieter machines. Delivery was on time and ordering was simple. Would be happier with a quieter cooler but I'd still buy one.
I needed a small machine for the shop till and the front desk, so I looked at a few options first. This one was the most sensible on price for what it does. The one niggle is that the included cable was shorter than I wanted. Otherwise it's fine.
