I bought a new kettle and a set of replacement filters for my mother's flat, and the whole process was straightforward from start to finish. The filters arrived in a sturdy box, and when I had a question about the fitting instructions I emailed them and had a helpful reply the same afternoon. I was pleased with how well it all went, and I'm glad I didn't go to the high street as I'd first planned.
Read moreI wanted a compact monitor for the kitchen recipes and the picture on the listing looked much larger than what arrived. The stand also wobbles a fair bit when it's on the worktop, which I did not expect from the description. I contacted them and they were polite but it took several days to get a reply.
Read moreThis was my first time ordering from them and I went in expecting it to be a bit dodgy, but the price was well under the big names for the same headphones. Checkout was straightforward and I got a confirmation email straight away. The headphones sound lovely and the box arrived intact with everything included.

Compared three other sellers before I bought and this one had the clearest spec list, which made the choice easy. The laptop itself is fine for what I do, though the screen is a touch dimmer than I'd hoped. Not a dealbreaker. Delivery came in good time.
I was after a reliable printer that wouldn't need constant attention, as the old one had finally given up. The one I chose is working well and the setup guide was easy to follow. Delivery was a day later than the estimate but I'd rather that than the box being damaged.
I've been ordering from them for about eight years and the kit has generally been good. Most recent order I had to send a item back and the returns form was fiddly to find on the site. They did refund me in the end, just took a while.
Compared with the big electronics chains this was about a tenth less for the same SSD, which is why I went for it. Arrived in two days and it's been running fine for a month. Only niggle is the packaging was a bit flimsy, but nothing was damaged.

Mesh Computers is an online retailer of desktop PCs, gaming systems, laptops and computer components, selling directly to customers through its website. The range centres on custom-configured machines that buyers can specify by processor, graphics card, memory and storage before ordering. Its customers include gamers, content creators and people who want a machine built to a particular specification rather than an off-the-shelf model.
The company builds and assembles its systems to order and ships them to customers across the United Kingdom, with its own support team handling questions about builds and warranties. Reviews of the business commonly focus on how the configured machines perform and how the build quality compares with the specification chosen at checkout.
