Compared with the high street shops I'd been to, ordering the bedside table from here was a lot less stressful, mostly because the delivery slot was booked for a specific time I could actually keep. The price was lower than the shop near me for the same oak finish. Put together it in about an hour and it's sturdy. Went with the 30 day return option just in case, though I haven't needed it.
Read moreOrdered the trainers on my phone during the bus ride and the checkout was quick enough. Delivery took four days which was fine. The pair in the wrong size came in, so I had to fill in the returns form, and that part was fiddly because the label kept not printing properly and I had to try twice. Refund went through after about a week. Not the end of the world but a bit of a faff.
Read moreCompared with the catalogue I've used for years, the order here arrived quicker and the prices are a little lower for the same bedding. I've been buying from them since the website first opened, and they've kept the basics the same. The checkout did change recently and I found the new layout a bit fiddly at first, though it's sorted now. Delivery has been reliable every time I've ordered. Sheets…

Really good, would order again. Got a set of cable ties and a phone stand, both arrived fast and the stand works fine. Easy to find what I wanted and the price was right.
Bought the linen throw in oatmeal from the sale section and it's lovely on the sofa. The fabric is softer than I expected for the price and it hasn't pilled after a few washes. Delivery came in a flat box with tissue paper, which felt quite nice. Checkout was smooth and I got a discount code by email straight after.
Honestly they have never let me down, and I've been using them for a good decade now for household bits and gifts. The most recent order was a set of cushion covers and they arrived quicker than I'd anticipated. Returns were simple when one of the covers wasn't the right shade. Refund went back to my card within a few days.
I'd like to say I found the process of replacing the garden gate hinges entirely straightforward, which I did, thanks to a clear parts list. The order went through without any difficulty and I had the parts the following afternoon. Everything I needed was in the box and the instructions were sensible. I've no complaints at all about how it was handled.
I'd been comparing with the big department store site and this came out cheaper for the same garden hose reel, even after delivery. The product spec matched what I was after and the listing had proper measurements, which the other site buried. Delivery was a day faster too. Not much more to say, it just worked out better for me.
We had a damp problem in the utility room and needed a dehumidifier that could handle a space that size. Found one here with the capacity listed clearly, which is what I was looking for. It runs quietly and the water tank is easy to empty. Delivery was quick and it came with the right plug for our sockets.
Compared to the other site I'd been using, this one felt quicker to check out and didn't push loads of add-ons at the end. The bike lock I got cost a bit less and came with a proper key set. It arrived the day after I ordered. Nothing to complain about, I'd use it again.
Honestly, I didn't expect a whole set of storage boxes to arrive in two days, but they did. Everything was counted and nothing was damaged. The checkout asked for a few details I wasn't sure about, but it was fine once I'd filled them in. I'd order from here again for sure.
Bought a digital set of kitchen scales as my first order here, mostly because a friend recommended the site. Booking the delivery slot was easy and the scales arrived on the day I picked. They work well and the display is easy to read. Would order from here again.
