needed a new charger cos mine stopped working and the cheap ones on the high street are rubbish. ordered here at lunchtime and it was with me the next day. works perfectly and didn't cost a fortune. proper good

Bought a set of replacement hinges and the price was noticeably lower than the big DIY shops. Quality is solid and they fit my old cupboard doors without any filing. Nothing more to add really.

I wanted to say how pleased I was with the lamp fitting I ordered. The description gave the thread size and the fitting type, which made it easy to be sure of the right one. It arrived well packed and was exactly as described. Ordering was simple and I'm grateful for that.

I bought a sealed bearing kit for a wheel hub on an older car. The listing gave the internal and external diameters and the width, which saved me a trip to the motor factor to measure. Arrived in a padded envelope with the bearing still in its wrap and the grease sealed. Fitted first time with no drama. Prices were fair compared with what the garage quoted me, and the packing list matched exactly what was in the box.

Would order from them again, the replacement drip tray I needed arrived in two days and the listing said exactly which fridge it fitted so no guessing. Checkout took about a minute on my phone while I was on my lunch break and the price was a bit under what the local appliance shop wanted.

We needed a replacement element for our old kettle after the last one gave up, and I was rather worried about getting the wrong part. The site asked for the model details, which I found helpful, and the part arrived well packed. Everything was as described and the instructions made the fitting straightforward. I'd happily use them again.

I bought a small soldering iron kit for a project I'm doing with my little brother. The kit came with everything listed and the tips were the right size. Packaging was fine, nothing got broken. Happy with it.

Compared with going straight to the manufacturer, ordering here was far less of a faff and the parts were cheaper too. I'd never bought from them before and I did wonder if it would be legit, but the order came sealed and the part matched the drawing exactly. Customer service answered my one question within a few hours. Everything was just as it should be, nothing dramatic.

What I liked most was that the item description listed the exact dimensions of the washer seal, so there was no guessing involved. I've been a customer for a number of years and this order was no different. Delivery came within the time stated and everything was undamaged. Price has always been reasonable with them. I keep coming back because it works.

Got a new charger cos my old one kept cutting out. Ordered on my phone at lunch and it came the next morning. Looks just like the one in the picture and it charges quick. Easy, no faff, will use again.

I would say this was a very sensible purchase, the replacement pump for my garden fountain arrived in good order and fitted without any bother. The ordering was straightforward and the price was fair for what it is. My husband was pleased too, which is always a good sign. Thank you to whoever packed it so carefully.
