The first thing I always notice is how the monthly food reorder reminder arrives a few days before I run out. We've been customers for about six years now, through two different dogs and one very fussy cat. The site is easy enough to use, the sacks turn up on time, and when the old dog had to switch diets they sorted a replacement quickly without any fuss.
Read moreWe needed a new litter fast because our old one ran out on a Friday night. Compared a few places and this one looked cheapest, but the order sat on processing for three days and then the litter came a day late. The product itself is fine and the tub was decent, but when you're down to the last scoop waiting that long is not on.

This is the best bird seed I have bought for the garden in years. I have been a customer since they first started and the mix has stayed consistent. The sacks are sturdy and the delivery has always been reliable, even in the winter. The goldfinches are at the feeder all day now. I would not go anywhere else.

Better than the big chain I used before, which made me wait over a week for a bowl. Ordered on my phone at lunch and it was sorted in about two minutes. Shipped next day and arrived the morning after. Happy with it.
Needed a proper no-pull harness for my lab after the old one snapped on a walk. Had never bought from this site before so I was a bit nervous. The checkout was quick and the harness came the next day. It fits well and my dog seems happier on walks already.
My old tabby needed a warm, soft bed for the winter and I had been looking for some time before I settled on this one. The stitching is neat and it has a removable cover that washes well. Delivery was prompt and the box was carefully packed, which I appreciated. My cat has been sleeping in it every evening since it arrived and I am very grateful.
The tough rubber ball we bought for our terrier. It has survived a month of chewing so far, which is more than the last three toys managed. Good value for what it is.
Way better than the supermarket for dog food, the sacks are heavier and the price is lower. Ordering was dead easy and it turned up the next day. Got my mates onto it now.
We bought the wooden hutch with the run attached. For what we paid it is well made and the bolts all lined up without any struggle. The instructions could have been clearer in places but we got there. It has survived a few windy nights so far.
I purchased the large aviary cage in the spring and I have been very pleased with it. The bars are spaced well and the tray slides out without fuss. It arrived well packed and in good order, and my budgie has taken to it straight away. I would be happy to recommend it to anyone with a feathered friend.
Needed a big supply of cat food because we were trying a new feeding routine. The bulk option made sense on cost and the order went through without any trouble. It arrived in the week they promised and nothing was damaged. We now get it every month and the saving over the local shop is clear.
