My doctor suggested I find a cushion softer than the old foam mat I was using, because my knees were giving me bother when I knelt to weed. I found a padded kneeler on the site and it has made a real difference. It arrived well packed and the cover is easy to wipe clean. I'm very pleased I took the advice and ordered it.
Read moreCompared with the other site I usually use, this one was cheaper, but the parcel took nearly two weeks to show up. The order tracking said dispatched for ages with no update. When it did arrive the item was fine, just a bit too late for what I needed.
Read moreWhat struck me most was the small handwritten card tucked in with the order, which was a kind touch I did not expect. The garden hose connectors were well made and the instructions were clear enough for my husband to follow without ringing anyone. The parcel came two days after I ordered, which was prompt. I have recommended them to my sister, who is always a hard one to please.
Read moreI know this stuff well from years of buying kit online, and the order itself went through without any problems. The item arrived a day later than the tracking said, which was a bit annoying but not a big deal. What let it down was the return, I had to fill in a form, print a label and wait for an email before I could post it back. It took longer than it should have.
Honestly it's a good shout for the price, I got the bits I wanted and the site is easy enough to use. The only annoying part was the returns form, took me ages to find the right option and then it wanted my order number twice. Would still order again, just not the easiest.
Bought a pair of trainers that were exactly as pictured and they fit well, delivery was quick. Trying to send one back was a bit of a faff though, the label took a while to generate and I had to ring to confirm. Still, the product is good so I'd order again.
