Compared with the catalogue company I've been using for years this is much better made, the seams don't pull and the wool jumper I bought has kept its shape. I've been a customer for a long time and this is the first time I've felt the quality has gone up rather than down. Ordering is quick once you're signed in and the delivery was as promised. Very pleased.
