What I notice most is how quick the checkout is, I can get from basket to confirmation in about a minute, which matters when I'm buying on my lunch break. I've been a customer for years and it hasn't changed much in that time, which I like. Stock levels are usually accurate. Only once has something been out of stock after I'd paid, and they refunded me straight away.
Read moreI've bought from this site a few times over the years and the prices are usually fair. This time I ordered a set of coasters for a present and the parcel took over two weeks to arrive. When I got in touch, the reply took three days and was a bit vague. The coasters themselves are nice enough and the price was good, but the wait was a real irritation given I needed them for a date.
Read moreI buy a lot of replacement filters for my car and this shop beats my usual supplier on price for the same part numbers, which is the main reason I switched. Once or twice before I've had to ask for a part to be swapped, and the team dealt with it in one reply. Delivery is usually next day if you order before lunch. Packaging is sturdy enough for oily items, and the parts have fitted every time so…
Read moreMy old charger packed up on a Sunday night so I needed a replacement for the morning. Looked at three places and this one had it with next day delivery at a reasonable price. It arrived on time. The packaging was a bit flimsy but the charger was fine.
Needed a birthday present sorted fast and this was the first place that had a decent range in stock. Ordered on the app at lunchtime. It came the next morning, though the courier left it with a neighbour and I had to go round and get it.
Compared a few sites before choosing this one and it came out at a sensible price for a pair of running socks and a bottle. The site is easy to use and the order arrived in good time. I did have to send one item back for a different size and the returns form was a bit fiddly to find. Refund took about a week to appear after the parcel was dropped off. Would still order again.
Went with this over my usual site because the same drill bit set was a fair bit cheaper here. Delivery was a day slower than I'd hoped but it did come. Wouldn't say it's better, just cheaper.
