I needed a proper dehumidifier because the damp in the spare room was getting out of hand. I've owned two before so I know what to look for. This one has a decent tank size and runs quietly on the lower setting. Ordering was straightforward and the price was fair for what it is.
Read moreCompared to the same thing on a big marketplace this cost more once delivery was added, which I did not expect. The product itself is fine but the finish is thinner than the photos suggested. Trying to return the first one took a long form and a few emails. Probably won't be back.
Read moreI bought the sofa bed for my spare room back in the spring and it arrived exactly as described, which I did not expect to be honest. The ordering process was clear and I was kept informed by email at each stage. The delivery team were courteous and took the old packaging away with them, which I appreciated greatly. I would certainly order from them again.
Read moreReally good, signed up for the account in about five minutes on my phone and the verification came through the same afternoon. Only niggle is the form asks for the same details twice, but it didn't put me off.
The handle on the storage box is a bit wobbly though the lid fits snugly. Nothing else to complain about, it was packed well and turned up two days early. Would order from them again but would check the handle first.
Compared to the other site I usually use this was a bit dearer for the same brand, though the delivery was faster. The item is well made and works as expected. Support answered my question about the warranty within a day which helped.
I needed a replacement because my old one had finally given up after three years of daily use. Ordering was simple and the site showed stock clearly. The item came a day later than the estimate, which was a small annoyance. Otherwise it works well and I am pleased with it.
The packaging was tidy, everything wrapped separately so nothing rattled about. Sizing was right first time, which I was not expecting. Only niggle is the checkout asked me to create an account before I could pay as a guest. Still quick though.
