Good value for the cover you get, and the premium is fair for what's included. I've bought policies like this for decades so I know what a reasonable price looks like. Documents arrived promptly and the terms are easy to read.
Read moreCompared to the comparison sites, this came out a fair bit more expensive for the same level of cover on my first policy. The quote was easy to follow and the cover itself looks solid. The sign up stalled twice because the site kept timing out, so I had to start over, and I'd have liked a clearer explanation of why the price was higher.
Read moreThis is the best value I've found for the cover I need, with the premium working out cheaper than the last two providers I used. I checked the excess and extras before paying and there were no nasty surprises at checkout. The policy got sent out straight away and the renewal date is clearly marked in my account. For a policy that does the job without the extras I don't use, it's hard to beat.
Read moreCompared to the price comparison sites I'd been using, this was the cheaper option once I'd added the extras I actually wanted. I looked at four providers before settling on them and they came out lowest for the cover I needed. The sign up took a while because it asked me to re-enter my details twice, which was a bit annoying, but the quote held up when I finished.
I needed cover for my new car and had only a few days before I was due to drive it. The quote came through quickly and the sign up was easy enough. The documents took a day to arrive which was fine, though I'd have liked them sooner.
The app kept logging me out halfway through the trip cover booking which was annoying. Otherwise the cover itself was what I needed for a week in Spain and the price was fine. Confirmation came through by email and I could see the policy in the app once I got back in. Minor niggle, would still use them again.
