Luxury Watches

The first thing I noticed was how the dial catches the light without looking cheap, which is rare at this price. I've owned a few watches over the years and I know what a decent movement feels like, and the winding is smooth. The strap is a bit stiff for the first week though, and I'd have liked a half-decent link tool in the box to size it.

First time ordering and the watch itself is lovely, the rose gold finish is really nice. Delivery took longer than the estimate though, about a week beyond what they said. Customer service did reply quickly when I asked. Would order again, just allow extra time.

I compared this with a couple of other online sellers before buying and this one came out a fair bit dearer for a similar model. That said the case finish is excellent and the packaging was thoughtful. I did have to chase one email about the order status. Still happy with the purchase.

Went with them over the other sites I checked and it was a bit more expensive for the same model, but the watch is nicely made and the strap is decent. Ordering on the phone was fine. Delivery was a day late, nothing major. Would probably still buy again.

First order and I'm happy with the watch, it's smaller than I expected but really pretty. The return label took me ages to generate though and I had to email them twice. The refund came through eventually. Would still order again.

Compared with the high street shop I used for years, this is much better value for the same quality. I'm not paying for a name on the front. The delivery was prompt and the watch arrived in perfect order. Only thing is the returns form was a bit tricky to find online.
