The jacket came with a proper lining and the zip didn't snag once, which is more than I can say for my last one. Checkout was quick and the price was lower than the big sportswear brands for something similar. Would get another.
Read moreThe tracking updates were the best bit, I could see exactly where the parcel was from the warehouse onwards and it turned up a day early. Dress itself fits fine though the zip is a bit stiff. Only thing I'd flag is the checkout asked me to create an account twice before I could finally pay, which was annoying when I was on my phone on the bus.
Read moreI'd been comparing it with the same style from a big high street chain, and this one is a fair bit nicer in the hand for not much more money. The stitching on the seams is neat and it hasn't bobbled after a few washes on a cold cycle. I got a coat in camel and the lining feels good. For the price I'd say it's a sensible buy and I've already recommended it to my daughter.

I compared a jacket here with the same one at a rival retailer and this was noticeably more expensive, around a fair bit more. The jacket itself is well made and the lining is good quality. I'd have liked a bit more of a discount for buying direct. Delivery was fine and the returns page was clear if I ever need it.
got a crop top from here, it's cute and the fabric's soft. delivery took ages tho, like nearly a week longer than they said. the top was fine when it finally came though. wouldn't say no to getting something else.
