I used to get this from a local shop that closed, so I was a bit nervous about trying somewhere new. Compared with my old supplier, the range here is much wider and the prices are a touch lower. The packaging was careful and everything arrived in one piece. I've been a regular customer for years now and it's been a good move.
Read moreOrdered the sofa from them years back and it's still going strong. This time the delivery date slipped by nearly a fortnight and nobody told me until the day before, which was a bit annoying. Still glad I stuck with them.

I was rather pleased with the choice on the site and the instructions were clear enough for my husband to put it together without ringing anyone. The whole thing was handled politely and efficiently, and I have no complaints at all.
Read moreCompared to ordering the same thing from a big marketplace, this was much easier. No hunting through seven sellers and the price was lower. Took a bit longer to arrive but it all came in one go. Would buy from here again.

Honestly really good, I got a couple of bedside lamps and they look way nicer than I thought for the price. Ordered on my phone in bed and it was dead easy. Would get again x

Bought a set of bedside lamps and they're honestly gorgeous, way nicer than I expected for the money. Packaging was tidy and nothing got damaged. Customer support answered my question about shipping in like twenty minutes. Really happy!
The outdoor table set is powder coated steel, which is what I wanted rather than aluminium that dents. The weight is decent and the joints line up without any fiddling. Packed well too, nothing rattled about in the box.
Got my hoodie and it's exactly what I wanted, soft and fits right. Arrived quicker than I thought. The whole thing was easy, nothing to moan about. Will be back for sure!
Got the bike rack for the back of the car and it bolted on in about twenty minutes with the tools they included. Fits the car exactly and feels solid. Ordered on a Thursday and it was here Saturday. Pretty chuffed with it.
Last time I tried to buy from a rival site the checkout kept timing out and I gave up. Here, the basket saved, the payment went through first time and I had a confirmation before I'd put the kettle on. It's a lot less bother than the alternative I'd been using, and the item turned up in good order.
I used to buy this sort of thing from one of the big high street chains, and the difference is noticeable. The prices here are about the same but the product feels sturdier and the description actually matched what turned up. I looked at three or four other places before settling on these, and I haven't regretted it since.
We needed a new sofa for the front room after the old one finally gave up, and I've been ordering from this site for about six years now. Checkout is quick, I always know where I stand, and I've never had a problem worth mentioning. Keep doing what you're doing.
What struck me most was how clearly the delivery window was shown before I confirmed my order, which I did appreciate. The item arrived on the day given and was exactly as described, which I can't say is always the case elsewhere. I shall certainly be ordering from them again when the need arises.
Bought the large kitchen rug last spring and I've been using it every day since. It's washed a few times now and still looks the same as the day it arrived. I've ordered from them a good few times and this is the one I'd point people to.
