I ordered a replacement cover for my late wife's old armchair, which had worn through at the arms over the years. The measurements were clear on the page and I was able to check the dimensions carefully before I committed. It arrived well packed and fitted just as I'd hoped, so I am grateful to them for that.

Read moreCompared with the places I used to go to, this site has become the one I stick with, mostly because the range has grown and the prices have stayed sensible. I've been a regular customer for a good while now and have never had a serious problem. Last month's order came in quickly and everything was as I'd asked for, which is what I've come to expect from them over the years.
Read moreI needed a basic item for a practical purpose and didn't want to pay for add-ons. The site made it easy to find the plain version without being pushed toward upgrades. Delivery was prompt and the price was fair for what you get. Nice and simple.
Honestly the prices were the best I found, I checked three other sites before I went with these. The order took a while to go through because the delivery slot I wanted was booked up, so I had to pick another day. It turned up in the end and the item was as described. I would buy from them again, just plan a few days ahead.
Bought the exact model I'd been after for months and the spec matches what I wanted, so no complaints there. The picture on the listing looked a bit more polished than the real thing though, the finish is duller in person. It's still a solid buy for the money and I'm happy with it, just wanted to flag the photo.
I needed some new parts for a small job around the house, and I was grateful the range was clearly laid out on the site. The price was reasonable and the order itself went through without any bother at all. My only small gripe is that a query I raised took a couple of days to get a reply, though it was resolved in the end.
Needed the thing for a trip at the weekend and this was the only place I could get it sorted in time. Ordered on my phone during my lunch break, which was fine. Delivery was a day behind what it said, but it turned up before I needed it so no real harm done. Would use again.
Of the few places I checked, these came out on top for range and the prices were good, so I went with them for the order. Getting the right options selected took a little longer than I'd like, as a couple of the menus were awkward to use. The goods themselves were well made and everything arrived in one piece, so I'd happily order from them again.
