Compared to the big name sites I checked, this was about half the price for the same basic kit and it arrived the next working day. The packaging was plain and the instructions were in English which I wasn't expecting. Good value for what it is, and I'd order again.
Read moreBought the remote toy last week and the app won't stay connected to it for more than a few minutes at a time, which is annoying when you're trying to set it up on the go. Support emailed back after three days asking me to reinstall, which I did, and it's still a bit flaky. Packaging was fine and it arrived in two days but I expected the pairing to just work out of the box.
Read moreI first ordered from them years ago and have been back a few times since, mostly for replacement parts and the odd accessory. The checkout has changed a bit over the years and I did find it harder to find what I wanted on the new layout, but the ordering itself is simple enough once you know where things are. Delivery has always been reliable and the price is fair for what you get.
Read moreWent with this one after comparing a few places and it's the best of the bunch for the price. The only real bother was when I wanted to send one back, the return form was fiddly and it took a while to get a label. Otherwise ordering and delivery were fine.
Ordered on the app and it was easy to pay, but the parcel took five working days when the site said two. Stuff arrived fine in the end. Only real gripe is the wait.
I've been ordering from them for a good few years now and the thing I've bought most often is the cleaning kit. It works well, but the instructions that came with it were a little vague about what to use and how often. I ended up looking it up online, which took a bit of the shine off. Delivery has always been fine and the prices are reasonable.
