I tried a couple of other brands before settling on this one and it's the first I've stuck with. The beard oil has a proper earthy scent without being overpowering. Everything arrived as promised and I'd say it's the best of the bunch.

The ordering process was straightforward though I did have to request a password reset. Delivery took a little longer than the estimate given, but the item was well packed when it arrived.
Read moreThe tin the balm comes in is the first thing I noticed when it arrived and I still keep mine on the bathroom shelf because it's so solid and nice to look at. I've been buying from them for about four years now, mostly the balm and the cedar oil, and the stock has always been there when I've needed to reorder. I needed a proper grooming set for my brother's wedding and had been struggling with my old kit for ages. I've bought from them a few times over the years so I knew what to expect. This time the delivery came in two separate boxes and one arrived a few days after the other, which was a bit annoying.
