I did not expect to be so pleased with the customer team when I rang them about a cushion that had come with a small mark on it. They were patient with me, explained the options clearly, and arranged a replacement without any fuss. I have found them courteous and very reasonable, and I shall certainly order from them again.
Read moreNot impressed with this one. The jumper I ordered ran a size small compared to the chart and the returns process was a faff, I had to print a label and drop it at a shop that was miles away. The delivery itself took about a week, longer than the site said it would. Fabric is nice enough but I'd look elsewhere.
Read moreI've been ordering from them since before the lockdown and the reason I keep coming back is the returns. Last month I sent back a dress that was a size too small and the refund was in my account before the parcel had even reached them, which I didn't expect. The site is easy to navigate on my phone too, I can find what I want in a couple of minutes. Mostly I just like that it's never a faff.
Read moreOrdered the knitted jumper on my phone on the bus and it turned up two days later, which is quicker than I expected. The colour is exactly how it looks in the pictures and the fabit feels nice, not scratchy at all. Only thing is the arms are a bit long on me so I might need to take it to a tailor, but the site made the returns simple if I'd wanted to send it back.
Compared this with the rival site I usually check and it was a few pounds dearer for the same bedside lamp, though the shade is sturdier. The order was simple to place and it arrived within three days. Only bit I'd flag is the delivery tracking updated slowly, but the parcel came in one piece.
Went with these over two other sites I had open and I'd pick them again. The price was a few quid more than one of the others but the delivery was faster and the sizing chart was actually accurate for once. Checkout took a bit of fiddling with my postcode but nothing major, and the packaging was tidy.
I've been shopping with them for about eight years now and my old waterproof finally gave up in the rain. Ordered a near identical one and it arrived well packed, the zip works smoothly and it's kept me dry on the dog walks. The price is a little on the high side compared to the supermarket, but I've always found the quality holds up.
Bought a set of kitchen scales from them and they arrived in about four days. The price was a fair bit under what I'd seen elsewhere, which is why I went for it. The only thing that bugged me was the delivery took a bit longer than the site said it would.
