Honestly really good, the cushions I got are soft and the colour is exactly like the photos. Sent a question through the chat and got a reply within the hour, which was great for a Saturday. Delivery was quick too and everything arrived in one piece. Will definitely order again, my flatmate's already asking where I got them from.
Read moreCompared this with the supplier I've used for years for garden hose fittings, and honestly I'd still go back to them. The brass fitting here is a bit lighter than I'd like and I had to wait nearly a week for a reply when I asked about a mix-up with the order. It did arrive in one piece and works fine.
Read moreBought a small houseplant as my first order here, a little trailing pothos in a ceramic pot. The plant arrived a bit wilted at the tips but perked up after a day on the windowsill, which I didn't expect from a delivery. Pot was fine and the price was reasonable for the size. I'd probably order again but I'll check the packing first next time.

Bought a set of wooden building blocks as a first order and they're lovely quality. Delivery took a bit longer than the estimate, about five days instead of three, but nobody got in touch to say why. The box was undamaged though.
Compared with the big high street chains, this is the place I go back to now. I've been buying school and kids' clothing from them for about six years and the sizing has stayed consistent every time. Only niggle is the postage has crept up a bit lately, but I still get what I paid for.
Needed a replacement charger after mine stopped working on a Monday and I had a work trip on the Wednesday. Ordered it the same evening and it turned up the next afternoon. Works fine, though the cable is a bit shorter than the photo suggested.
