I was rather pleased to find that the tea towels I ordered are thicker than I expected for the price, and they've held their colour through a good many washes. The ordering process was perfectly clear and I didn't need to ring anyone. Delivery came in a plain box and everything was in order when I opened it. I shan't hesitate to order from them again when I next need linens.
