I'd normally pick up a candle from the big department store but this was a bit cheaper and smelled just as good. Checkout was simple and the candle came wrapped nicely. It's been on the windowsill for a month now and still going strong. Happy with it.

Customer service took two days to reply to my email though, so I had to chase them. Would probably order again but might check the dispatch dates first.

The checkout asked me to create an account, which I found a little tiresome, but once that was done the rest of the process was perfectly clear. The cloth itself is lovely and the colour is just as I had hoped. My sister was pleased, and that is all I really wanted.

The colour of the cushion was a bit deeper than it looked on screen, which I didn't mind in the end. Used it for the dining chairs and it actually works better. Sizing is accurate and the zip is sturdy. Postage was a few quid more than I expected for such a small parcel.
I went for the speckled ceramic mug because it was the only one in the range with a proper handle. Compared a few other sites first and this was the best price. Took a little longer to arrive than I'd like but nothing broken. Lovely mug, I use it every morning.
