Straight up, I'd say this is a good buy. I've been ordering from them for about five years, mostly for work shirts. The quality has stayed steady, sizing is consistent between orders, and the site makes reordering quick. Delivery is usually next day and the price is fair for what you get.
Read moreHonestly this wasn't what I'd hoped for. I looked at a couple of other options first and went with this one on price. The pictures made the material look thicker than it really is and it feels cheap. Customer support took four days to reply to my question about the fit, which didn't help.
Read moreBought a cordless kettle from them after comparing a few. It arrived on time and the box was fine. The only real issue is the lid is a bit fiddly to get back on after a clean, and when I tried to return the first one it took two emails and a week before anyone sorted the label out. It works well enough now but the returns process was a faff.
Read moreCompared with the one I used to buy from the big department store, this is a lot more comfortable on the hip. I've been a customer for years now. Ordering is simple enough once you've got an account set up. The only thing is the postage costs a bit more than I'd like on small orders, but I don't mind paying for it.
My old radiator valve packed in and I needed a replacement without paying a fortune. This one was a good price for what it is, and it fitted fine. Delivery was a day later than they said, which I'd have liked to know earlier, but the part is solid.
Ordered a standing desk mat last month because my feet were killing me at work. Arrived in about three days, which was fine. It's firm underfoot and the edges are a bit sharp when you first put it down but they soften up after a week. Not sure it's worth the full price but it's doing the job.
