Needed a second machine for the admin side of the business so I could keep it separate from my personal one. Compared a few options and the spec for the price was the deciding factor. Set up was quick and it runs the accounts software without any fuss.
Read moreOrdered a refurbished laptop on Tuesday and it turned up Thursday which is fine. Charger wasnt in the box though so had to message them and they said they'd send one out, took till Monday to arrive. Laptop itself is fine, screen is good, keyboard a bit mushy but I'm not complaining too much. Price was a bit higher than I saw on another site but I didn't want to faff about comparing again.
Read moreI needed a laptop that my husband and I could both use for keeping in touch with the grandchildren and looking up recipes. I took my time choosing one and asked a question through the website before ordering. The reply came back the same afternoon and was very clear about the warranty. It arrived well packed, and my husband has already set up his own account. We are both very content with it.
Read moreThe keyboard is the thing I noticed first, the keys have a nice firm feel and I can type for hours without my wrists aching. It arrived a day later than the site suggested but was well wrapped. Good value for what you get.
Bought the laptop with the matching sleeve and the protective film was already a bit lifted at one corner when it arrived. Not a big deal and I've pressed it back down. The machine itself is quick and the keys feel solid enough for everyday use.
Know my way around laptops so I went in with a spec list and this matched it. Battery is fine for a full day on the train. Only gripe is the trackpad is a bit small, I keep catching it with my thumb. Otherwise solid and no issues with the delivery.
Got the laptop bag bundle which was the best part of the purchase for me. It fits the 14 inch machine nicely with room for a charger. The main laptop is decent value for the money but the zip on the bag is a bit stiff. Would still buy again for the price.
Ordered on my phone during a break and the checkout was quick enough. The laptop works well for my course. Had to send one back because the hinge felt loose and the returns form was fiddly to fill in on mobile. Refund came through in about a week.
I've been ordering from this site for about six years now, mostly for laptops and the odd accessory. The most recent order came in the usual time frame and the machine is as good as I expected. The one thing that has got slightly worse is the price, which has crept up each time I buy. Still easy to order and the customer service is responsive when I need it.
