Honestly the best value I've found for my monthly bits. I switched over because the prices were lower than my usual and the delivery is free over a certain amount. The order arrived when promised and everything was in date. Would order again.
Read moreOrdered a sun cream and got a different one in the box, which was annoying because I'd checked the basket twice. Had to message them and then sort out the return myself, and the return label took ages to arrive. They did eventually send the right one but I was waiting over a week in total.
Read moreI've been ordering my blood pressure tablets from them for about six years now and the repeat prescription service has never let me down. The reminder email arrives a week before I need to reorder, the tablets come in the same plain packaging every time, and the pharmacist has answered my questions on the phone when I've had a query about my dose. Prices are sensible and I've never felt pushed…
Read moreI bought a big multipack of nappies for my grandson and it was far better value than buying them in small packs locally. The box was heavy but arrived intact. One minor niggle is that the delivery window is a bit broad, so I had to wait in all day. Otherwise I'd say it's good value and easy to use.
Ordering the prescription is easy and the pharmacy checks it properly. Delivery came when it was due. Small complaint is that the price for one item was slightly above what I'd seen elsewhere.
Compared to Boots online this one is a bit slower on delivery, usually a day or two longer. The stuff I ordered was all there though and the price was a bit cheaper. Checkout was a bit fiddly on my phone but got there in the end.
Honestly they're good for the price and I've been using them for years now. Ordering my usual repeats online takes a couple of minutes once you've got your account sorted. Delivery is normally next day but one order took three days over a bank holiday weekend, which was a bit annoying. Otherwise I'd happily keep using them for my everyday bits and pieces.
I've ordered my usual moisturiser and a sun cream from them for a good few years now. The first time I bought the sun cream the bottle arrived with the seal already loosened, which put me off a bit, but they sent a replacement straight away with no fuss. Since then every order has come properly sealed and on time. Prices are generally a little better than the big supermarkets so I keep coming back.
