What struck me most was how carefully the lamp was wrapped, with the shade cushioned separately so nothing had rubbed or chipped. I was honestly a little worried it would arrive damaged, as these things often do. Instead it came in perfect condition and the instructions were clear enough for me to put it together myself. I am very pleased and would order from them again without hesitation.

The ordering process was straightforward and I didn't have any bother with the payment. It arrived in good order, but it took a bit longer than I expected to get here. I'd still consider them again.
Read moreI have been ordering from them for a while now and I can say with confidence that they are reliable. My recent order of a set of table lamps arrived well packed and exactly when the site said it would. The customer service team answered my one question within the hour, which I did not expect. I would happily order from them again and I have already mentioned them to my sister.
Read moreI needed a lamp for the study after the old one stopped working, and I've been a regular customer for a few years now. The new one is well made and the switch feels solid. The only thing that let it down a little was that the bulb was not included, so I had to get one separately.
The cable is a decent length and the switch sits where you'd want it on the base, which is more than I can say for some lamps at this price. I've used a few of these now for work and the build holds up well. The one thing I'd change is the fixing for the shade, which takes a bit of fiddling. Otherwise it does the job.

Ordered a floor lamp and it arrived in good condition, which is the main thing. I've been buying from them for years and they're usually spot on. The only small annoyance this time was that the delivery window was a bit broad, so I had to wait in for most of the day. Otherwise no complaints and I'd order again.
