I've been buying my car bits from them for about six years now and the wipers I got last month were the same spec as the last pair, which is what I wanted. Ordered on a Monday, came the Wednesday. Nothing to complain about and the prices are still fair.
Read moreI bought a set of garden hedge trimmers from them, which arrived in good condition. The only trouble was when I tried to change the delivery address, I had to write in and it took three days to get a reply. I'm not sure I'd order a big item again without checking the address first.

Would definitely use them…
Read moreI've been ordering from them since before the new site, and compared to the big supermarket websites they're still the one I come back to for the household bits. The order came as normal, but the last one was a day late which I noticed.
Ordered a set of hedge trimmers and they arrived as promised. Slightly more expensive than some places I looked at, so I'd say it's worth a quick price check first. Otherwise no real issues.
Compared to buying the same thing in town, it was a fair bit cheaper and I didn't have to queue. The order took a day longer than the site said, which was a bit annoying, but it arrived fine.
Good prices on the bits I ordered and the box turned up when they said it would. Bit of a pain that the basket didn't keep my items when I switched to my phone though, had to add them again. Would probably order again if I'm on a laptop.
