Having owned a few harnesses over the years I can tell the difference in the stitching straight away and this one is well made. Compared to the chain store version it has a proper padded chest plate and the D-ring sits where it should. Ordering took two minutes and the dispatch email was clear about the tracking.
Read moreLooked at four or five places before ordering and this was on the expensive side for a basic harness. The fit is decent and the material feels nice, but I did think the price was steep. Delivery took longer than I was told, nearly a week, which was a bit annoying.
Read moreBought the padded walking harness for our lurcher and it has been on every walk since. Fits snugly around the chest without rubbing under the front legs, and the clip is solid. Ordering was quick on the app and they sent a size guide before I checked out, which saved me a return. Would happily buy from them again.
Read moreGot a puppy last month and needed a proper harness fast before the first walk. This did the job and the size guide helped me get it right first time. A small niggle is that the site was slow to load on my phone at one point.
This was my first order and the site was easy to find my way round. The harness fits our rescue greyhound well and the padding is good. Delivery was a day later than the estimate, which is a small niggle, but everything else was fine.
The reflective strip along the back is much brighter than I expected for the price. Walking the dog at dusk now, cars see us from ages away. Packaging was simple.
Ordered the quilted dog coat for my whippet before the cold snap and it has been great so far. Compared to a couple of other sites I looked at it was on the same price level. Delivery was slower than I hoped, it took nearly a week to show up, but the coat itself is well put together.
Solid harness, the stitching looks properly done and the buckles feel like they will last. Price is a touch higher than the big chains but the material is noticeably better. Took about four days to arrive, which was fine.
Good, sturdy harness that has held up well for nearly two years of daily walks. Replacing the buckle once was easy and the spare arrived in a few days. Not the cheapest but I keep coming back.

Joyride Harness is an online retailer of dog harnesses, leads and related walking accessories for owners who want a practical, comfortable way to take their dogs out. The range centres on harnesses designed for everyday walks, with an emphasis on fit and ease of fastening for dogs of different sizes and temperaments. The brand sells through its website, where customers can browse the full selection and place orders.
Its customers are dog owners who look for products suited to active walkers, as well as to dogs that pull or need extra control on the lead. The company is known for its focus on the harness itself, which makes its online catalogue a specialist rather than a general pet shop.
