I've been a customer for years and this time I checked another site first, which was dearer for the same fleece. The site was easy to use and I'd say it's better than the other one for getting around. The fleece is warm and well made.

Read moreI needed a new dressing gown after my old one finally gave up and I've been ordering from this company for years, so it was an easy choice. The gown is warm and the pockets are a good size. Delivery took a couple of days longer than I expected, which was a little annoying, but the item itself was exactly as I hoped.

Fair price for a pair of work trousers, but they feel thinner than I'd like for the job. I got them to see how they'd hold up. Delivery was fine.
We needed school shoes for my daughter in a hurry before term started. I'd looked at a couple of other shops and they were either too dear or out of her size. These were reasonably priced but the sole felt thinner than I'd hoped. The order was fine and nothing was missing.
