I've been buying from this place for well over a decade and they have never let me down. The latest order was a replacement hood for an old lens I still use. Packed carefully and the box arrived intact. Prices remain sensible and the site has got easier to use over the years. Nothing to complain about, I'll keep coming back.
Read moreCompared three shops before picking this one for a lens hood. The hood arrived fine but it was the wrong size for my lens. Sending it back was a bit of a faff, the returns form was fiddly and I had to ring twice to get a label. Eventually sorted but it took the best part of two weeks.

I am delighted with my purchase from this company and would not hesitate to order from them again. The filter I bought arrived well packed and in good time, and the instructions were clear enough for someone who is not especially handy with a camera. Customer service answered my one query within the day. I found the prices very fair compared with the high street, and the whole experience was pleasant from start to finish.

Spotted the two year warranty card in the box first thing, which was a nice touch. Checkout was quick on my phone and the confirmation email came straight away. Lens arrived next day, all good. Would order again.
Bought the 50mm prime for street photography and it has been on my camera most weekends since. Autofocus is quick enough for candids and the image quality at f1.8 is lovely with no obvious fringing. The lens hood came included which I didn't expect. Packaging was tidy and the order was dispatched the next working day. Very pleased, would buy from here again.
I needed a fast lens with a wide aperture for a wedding in a dim church and this seemed to have what I was after. Ordered on the Friday and it arrived with plenty of time to test it before the day. The focus ring feels solid and the lens is sharp wide open. Happy with it and would buy from them again.
Needed a spare filter for a shoot on Saturday and the site had one in stock. Ordered Friday night, it turned up Monday which was fine. Price was decent and checkout was quick on my phone. Would use again.
Looked at three different shops before picking this one for a backpack insert and a set of cleaning cloths. Price was the cheapest by a bit and the site is easy to use. Delivery came quickly. Would use again.
Ordered a camera strap and a little pouch for my first ever order with them and the checkout was quick, I didn't have to make an account. Everything turned up in two days in a plain cardboard box with a packing slip. The strap is comfy and the pouch fits my spare battery and a card. Would order again, they're on my list now.
Needed a replacement lens hood because mine cracked and I didn't want to pay the manufacturer's price. Found one here at a good price and the order was quick. It fits the lens properly and does what it should. Good value and easy to order.
Didn't expect the rain cover to come with the backpack for the price but it did. Ordered on a Sunday and it arrived Tuesday. Zips feel solid and it's a decent size for my kit. Nothing more to say, good stuff.
