Honestly got the bike I wanted and it arrived looking brilliant. Easy to order, the checkout took two minutes and the bike was ready to ride after I put the pedals on. Would buy from them again, no problem.
Read moreI've been riding and fixing my own bikes for about twenty years so I knew roughly what I wanted from a replacement chain set. The listing made it sound like the same spec as the one I'd been eyeing elsewhere but the cassette was a bit lighter than I expected. Delivery was quick and ordering was simple. Price was fair but not the bargain it looked.
Read moreI was rather pleased that the site asked me about my inseam before suggesting a size, which I had not expected from an online retailer. I did ring the team with a question about the saddle height and they were patient and clear about it, and I appreciated that they did not rush me off the phone. The bike arrived well packed and set up nicely. I would certainly order from them again, as I have…
Read moreBought the bike lock from them last month, the heavy duty u lock one. Does the job, feels solid when you clip it on. The only thing is the bracket for mounting it on the frame came loose after a couple of weeks so I had to tighten it up myself. Delivery was quick though, next day. Happy enough.
Compared this with buying the same helmet in a local bike shop and it was about a fair bit cheaper online, which is why I went for it. The helmet itself is comfortable and the strap adjusts easily. Delivery took three days which was fine. Only small thing is the padding inside felt a bit thin for the money but it is fine for commuting.
This is the saddle I have been wanting for ages and it is the right one for a long ride. Fits my frame properly and the padding is comfortable without being squashy. Bit pricey compared to some places but the quality is there.
The mudguards are a lot sturdier than I was expecting for the money, which surprised me. Fitted them in about twenty minutes with the screws they included. Only thing is the rear one rattles a bit over bumps but I think I can sort that with a bit of tape.
I looked at the same bike chain from a couple of bigger brands and this one was noticeably cheaper with a similar spec on paper. The chain itself runs quiet and shifts well. Delivery was a little slow, it took most of a week, and the packaging was thin, but nothing was damaged. Would order again.
