I've bought the same replacement filter from them four or five times now, always the same one for the hoover. Checkout is quick since my details are saved and it's always arrived the next working day. Haven't had a single problem in years.
Read moreI'd say it's fine for the odd order but I have found it dearer than some other shops for the same thing, so I tend to compare first now. The order went through without any trouble and it arrived when it said it would. Returning one item was a bit fiddly though, the form kept timing out and I had to start again. It works in the end, it's just a bit more effort than I'd like.

The one thing I would mention is that my last order took a little longer to arrive than the site suggested, about five working days rather than the three it said. I did get a message letting me know there was a delay, which was appreciated. Everything else went smoothly and I would be happy to order again.
Read moreI'd say it's a good place for this sort of thing and I've been using them for a few years now. The only thing that dragged was the delivery, it took closer to a week than the three days they quoted, which was a bit annoying when I needed it for the weekend. Prices are fair and the site is easy enough to get round, so I'll keep going back.
The reorder button on my account is the bit I use most, it saves me going through the whole catalogue every month. Delivery was on time as usual. The only niggle is that the search can be fussy if you type something a bit unusual, but I usually find what I want in the end.
