Substitutions were sensible, the driver rang ahead, and the slot I wanted was free on the Tuesday. Nothing to complain about for a weekly shop and I've stuck with them since.

Needed a new set of storage boxes for the garage and this was the cheapest I could find that still had good reviews. They fit the shelving well and the lids snap on firmly. Delivery was on time but the packaging was a bit flimsy so one corner was crushed.
The sizing chart on the site said my usual size would fit but the jumper came out a touch snug across the shoulders, so I've gone up a size for the reorder. I've bought knitwear online for years and I know how these things usually run, so I'd have expected the chart to be more accurate. Delivery was quick though and the wool is nicer than I thought it would be for the price.
