Compared to ringing round the restaurants, booking through the app took about two minutes on the bus. I picked a time, got a confirmation straight away and got a reminder the day before. The table was ready when we arrived and the staff knew our name from the booking. Would use it again for sure.
Read moreBought the kit I'd been eyeing up, having looked at a few other sites first. It arrived two weeks after the date given, and the tracking said delivered but nothing was on the doorstep. Customer service took days to reply and the refund process was a long wait. Not what I'd expect at this price.
Read moreI needed a way to keep an eye on my mother's prescriptions after her last fall, and a friend suggested this site. The order was simple to place and the team were happy to answer my questions by phone when I had a few. Everything arrived sorted and labelled, which is exactly what I was after for her.
Read moreBought the refill pack to try and it did the job. Cheaper per unit than the shop round the corner, which is why I ordered. Only annoyance was the delivery took four days when they said two, but the stuff was good.
I'd say the verdict is simple, they're good value and I'd happily use them again. Prices are fair and the stock I've had has been sound. The one small niggle was a delay in getting a reply to a query, but it was sorted within the week.
Compared to the other place I was using before, this is way easier to get on with. The app is quicker and the stuff comes in less time. Price is about the same, maybe a touch higher, but it's fine for what you get.
The first thing I noticed was the packaging, which was tidy and easy to open without scissors. Been a customer a long while now and this hasn't changed. Delivery was on time, the only thing being the driver couldn't find the gate.
Ordered the starter bundle last week and it turned up on the Thursday as promised. Checkout on my phone was a bit fiddly, the address box kept resetting, but once I got past that it was fine. Items were all there and nothing was damaged. Would order again.
Compared a few places before choosing this one, and the photos on the listing were the thing that stood out. The colour in the picture is a bit lighter than what turned up. Otherwise the price was good and the order was sorted quickly.
