Honestly this was better than I expected for a first order with a new site. I was nervous about buying a bed frame without seeing it in person but the measurements on the page were spot on and it arrived in one piece, the fitting took my partner and me about an hour with the instructions they sent. The checkout was quick and I got a confirmation straight away.
Read moreThe first thing I noticed was that the delivery window was a full day with no call ahead, so I took the morning off and it still didn't turn up until gone six. The lamp itself is fine and the wiring was simple enough. The bit that really put me off is that nobody answered the email I sent about the delay for almost four days, so I'm not in a rush to order again.
Read moreWhat stands out to me after years of ordering is how the site remembers my address and sizes, so reordering takes seconds. Got a new set of shelves for the garage last month and they arrived in good nick, boxed properly with all the screws bagged up. Customer service has always answered my emails within a day, and I've never had a problem with a return.

The site was a bit slow to load the filters on my laptop, which was a minor irritation. Once it arrived it was easy to put together and the lid lifts smoothly.
We needed a garden bench for the patio and wanted something that wouldn't cost a fortune. The bench is decent value for what you get, though the price had gone up a little since I last looked. Delivery arrived in two parts and one had a scuffed corner, which I'd have liked to avoid.
