Needed some shelving for the garage that could take a bit of weight, so picked up a steel unit on here. Price was good for what you get, a lot cheaper than the DIY shop, and the shelves are solid. Took me about an hour to put together following the diagram. Delivery came on the day and nothing was damaged. Does exactly what I needed it to do.

Wall lights came in a box that was a bit battered but nothing inside was damaged. The fitting instructions were the usual vague stuff so took me longer than it should have. Sorted now though.

I've been ordering from them for about four years now and never had a real problem. Had a lamp replaced once without any fuss and that was that. Just keep an eye on the delivery estimate because it can drift a bit around bank holidays.

The best bit was the colour of the throw, it's the exact shade I wanted and it looks so nice on my sofa. Ordering was easy and the emails kept me up to date. It did come in a massive box for one small cushion, which felt a bit wasteful. Otherwise really happy and it arrived pretty quick.
Ordered a vase on my phone on the bus and it was easy to do. The colour is a bit darker than the photo, not a big deal. It took nearly two weeks to get here though which was longer than I expected. Still nice though.
