We needed a replacement shower head because the old one was furred up and the flow was rubbish, so I went looking for something cheap that would still fit our existing hose. Found one on the site for a fair bit less than the big DIY shops and it arrived in two days. Fitted it in ten minutes with no leaks and the pressure is much better. Good value for what it is and I'd order from them again.
Read moreBought a phone case off them last week. Ordered on a Sunday, got a text on the Tuesday saying it was dispatched but it didn't show up till the Friday. The case itself is fine, fits well and the colour is what I picked. Just a bit slow, that's all. Wouldn't mind it arriving quicker next time.
Read moreHonestly it's a good buy if you're not in a rush. The price was lower than what I'd found elsewhere for the same spec, and the checkout was quick with no faff about creating an account. The only thing is delivery took closer to five working days than the two they had on the page, which was a bit annoying when I'd planned around it. Product is solid and the packaging was tidy. Would order again.
Read moreBought a set of USB C cables for the office. They're well made, the braiding looks like it'll last, and they charge my laptop without any fuss. The only small thing is the cables are a bit stiffer than I expected, so they don't lie flat on the desk. Still, for the money I'm happy. Ordering was straightforward.

I have been ordering from them for years now and the thing that stands out most is how the site remembers my delivery address without me typing it in each time. The order I placed last month for a pack of tea towels and a new kettle lid arrived on the Thursday as promised. Only niggle is the checkout asks me to tick the same boxes every time, which gets a bit tiresome.
I bought a garden hose reel from them in the spring, having compared it with the one I had seen at the garden centre. The reel itself is sturdy and wound up neatly. The only thing I would mention is the instructions were a bit thin, so I had to work out the fitting myself.
