Read moreFirst time ordering from them and the first thing I noticed was how clear the site is, you can filter everything properly. Delivery took longer than the estimate though, about five working days when they said three, and I had to message them twice to find out why. The thing itself was fine once it turned up, I just wasn't expecting the wait.
Read moreI have found them very easy to deal with and I'd happily say so to anyone. My daughter set up my account for me and the ordering was simple enough that I managed the rest myself without ringing anyone. The goods came well packed and everything I wanted was there, and the service team answered my one question promptly and kindly. I've not had a single problem so far.

HIGHR Collective is an online retailer based in the United Kingdom that sells a curated selection of fashion, footwear and lifestyle products through its website. The brand presents its collections as a considered edit rather than an endless catalogue, with each season built around a focused set of pieces. Its website is the main point of contact with customers, where shoppers can browse categories, filter by style and check out directly.
The company's customers are largely shoppers who prefer clothing with a relaxed, contemporary look and who buy online rather than in stores. Orders are placed and handled through the website, and customers can follow their purchase and contact the team with questions about sizing, stock or returns.
