I needed a new iron because my old one had started leaking onto the good shirts. I've bought small things from them before so I knew what to expect. This one heats up quickly and the cord is long enough to reach the far socket. The box came well wrapped and the iron arrived without a mark on it.
Read moreBeen ordering from them for years and it's generally fine. This time I ordered a pair of audio cables and the tracking said dispatched but it sat in their warehouse for four days before moving. The product was as described and the price was fair, but I did have to email twice to get a straight answer about where it was. Would still use them but I'd expect a quicker reply.
Read moreI needed a replacement cable for a meeting room setup and didn't have time to hunt around. I compared a couple of other UK sites first and this one had the stock listed clearly with a proper delivery date. The price was a bit above the cheapest option I found, but the item was exactly what I needed and it arrived when they said it would.
Read moreI looked at two other sites before picking this one for a laptop bag. The bag is decent but the zip on one pocket is a bit stiff. Delivery was a day later than the estimate though it still arrived well inside the week.
My old charger packed up on a Sunday so I needed one for work on Monday. The site had it in stock and I paid for next day delivery. It turned up on time but the box was a bit squashed on one corner, nothing major though.

I usually buy my tea and biscuits from the local shop but this site has a much bigger range for the same kind of thing. Prices were a touch higher than I expected but the quality was good. Parcel came in two days.
