The motor on the sit stand desk still works after years of daily use, which is the detail I'd point to first. Bought it when I retired and it's been in the same spot since. Ordering was straightforward and the delivery driver was patient about getting it into the spare room. Nothing has wobbled or stuck, and I've not had any reason to contact them.
Read moreOrdered the chair ages ago and it took ages to arrive, like three weeks, which was really annoying when I'd been told a week. The box was dented on one side but the chair itself was fine. Once I got it built it's comfy. Support got back to me after a few days but not really quick. Not sure I'd rush to order again.

The stand-out part for me was how the arms adjust in every direction. Delivery took a week longer than the site suggested, which was a bit annoying, but I'd buy from here again.

Needed a decent desk chair for my first flat and this seemed like the sensible option. The ordering was a bit slow on the site because the checkout kept timing out on my phone, so I went through on the laptop instead. Delivery was fine and it's comfortable enough.
Bought this for the studio and I know chairs pretty well after years of fitting out offices, so I'm not easily impressed. This does the job properly and the adjustments work as they should. Ordering was smooth and delivery was on time. The only thing I'd flag is that the delivery charge felt a bit steep for what you get.
