Looked at a few other sites first but went with these because the hemp rucksack was the cheapest I could find that still had proper straps. Ordered on a Tuesday night and it turned up Friday morning, packed well with no creases. Happy with it so far, the zip feels solid and the lining is a nice dark grey.

Delivery took four working days which was fine, nothing was damaged. Wouldn't say it's the best thing I've owned but it does the job and I'd probably pick it up again when the old one goes.
