Bought the memory foam topper for our bed after reading a lot about density. It came vacuum packed and took a day or so to fully expand, which I expected. It's made a real difference to my back, and I was pleased with how easy the order was. Would happily buy from them again.
Read moreNeeded a new phone case urgently for a festival so ordered from here. Signing up took ages, kept asking me to verify my email and the code didn't come through for like twenty minutes. Then the case itself was fine but not the colour in the picture, more of a dull grey. Wouldn't rush to use them again tbh.
Read moreBest price I found for the bike lights after checking three other sites and a local shop. The lights are bright enough for city riding and they came with decent batteries already in. I also looked at a couple of rival brands but the pricing here beat them by a fair margin. Order arrived in two days with no fuss, so I'm happy with the whole thing.
Read moreI've been a customer since they were just a small site and I still order from them every few months. The thing that's changed most is the delivery times, which used to be next day and now can be two or three days when they're busy. Nothing major, but I've noticed it more lately.
I needed a replacement filter for the water jug as the old one had gone mouldy. The filters here are cheaper per pack than the supermarket, which is why I went with them. Delivery was slow though, almost a week, and I had to chase them through the contact form. The filters themselves are fine.
I have bought a few bits of kitchen linen from them over the years and the cotton tea towels are my favourite. This time I ordered a set of placemats which were a bit thinner than I expected from the photos. They still do the job and the price was kind. I wouldn't call them special but they're reliable enough.
