I bought the bread maker from here because the price was much lower than the department store's and it came with a free recipe book. The machine works well and the first loaf was lovely. Delivery was next day and the box was well padded. Good value for what it is and I'd happily buy from them again.

Our old kettle had given up so I needed a replacement quickly and the price here looked sensible. The kettle works fine and boils briskly. I did have to wait five days for it to arrive, which was longer than the estimate given, and I had to phone to find out why. Nothing wrong with the item itself.
